I know you've written about the "rodent" issue, and I agree with you. Rodents are one thing - they are NOT bats! I don't recall if you're suing them for this gross negligence/incompetence, but I'd think you have a case. (Caveat being of course that lawyers are insanely expensive.)
We'll cover that in a few chapters actually. Mother in law is an attorney and we met with some really top.notch attorneys. Rodent vs Chiropterra does not matter. Being "on notice" to consult an expert is what makes our case unwinnable. There might be other ways to pursue but I won't mention that.
